If it's a high compression engine and sounds like knock/detonation, it may require 95 or 98 fuel and try an engine flush additive. I have a way different car with a high compression ratio, it'd make shitty sounds whilst in 1st gear and taking off. Now it only does that when I take off in 2nd for the lols. I've been told by multiple people that putting a 25de head on turns it into a 30de so I might look into that, but for now I just want boost! And I'm looking into the widened steelies but not sure who does them in BOP and also don't know if they need to get certified or not? Anyone know? Yeah I'm not sure how much the +DE conversion would be but I have a mate that said the +T for a 30e can be done for under $1200 so hopefully it'll pay off.
