Firstly. I have long been wanting to orgaise another auckland weekend daytime meet. As pete suggests, prehaps a cruise out through some nice roads and a stop for lunch. Ive riden that road quite a bit on the Vespa and the old Moto-Guzzi. Keen to take the car out there on a cruise. and theres the pub out there aswell! The fish n chips are pretty darn good from what I remember. Also, +1 for a pub meet at some stage. Normally leave from Drury Autobahn, get off at Drury and to head Ponga Road down to Hunua, then head across Jones Road to Ardmore Quary road and then to Clevedon, from Clevedon its out to Kaiawa via the coast, mean drive, I do it at least twice a month just for the hell of it... also Maranda Hotpools are always a nice way to end a weekend..
