Gas Monkey
Choice supra, was there much to do to the cross member / fire wall to get the new motor in? just wondering coz i've got an '82 2.8 manual and would like to do an engine upgrade, i was thinking 4.0 lexus v8 since they are so cheap. Oh yeah, Welcome!

Snoozin
Nice one.... I had a mate who was right (scarily so) into the Mk2 Supras, and they're a strangely cool car!!! Should move with a 7M in it.... my mates had the 2.8 24V six in it and that went fairly well, so I imagine yours should have no dramas lighting up the rear treads! Defective
that a damn cool supra... iv had a couple of those (all standard engine wise) and although they were nice cruising cars i always thought they needed a few more horses to lug around their hefty weight, but you found a damn good way of over coming that problem. have you run it down the strip yet? RT
Not exactly OLD ols school, but still, tidy, and something to cut a swathe through all those fucking escorts (No offence to escort owners) at 24 years it's definately getting there!...but I kinda know what ya mean. It's funny all the 80s jappas like Cordia turbos and Pulsar EXA's are old school now.

lowlancer
hahaha basic maths. All good, but I definately don't consider EXAs and cordias and stuff old school, in my eyes old school means a car from the 70s, including if the car's production life went into the 80s. Gaz
Nice looking car you got there. What kinda power are you looking at getting?
Gaz
500Hp is bout 370kw. You should get that on standard internals or at least standard rods shouldnt ya? You will need an aftermarket comp when you upgrade fueling and turbo for sure.
