Give me ideas for exhaust design as I may have to attempt to hack something else together. Exhaust is fairly high, buuut floor is also pretty flat, not much room for anything other than pipe to tuck into. Might just do twin side exits behind rear wheels. KKtrips Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 O I C from the manifold run two 1.5" (factory?) into one 2-2.5" as close as you can to the front of the car then roll a straight 2-2.5" down ending in some 90 degree bends to the rear cavity and run as big an east/west muffler as you can fit in said cavity and exit out back with a nice straight cut 2.5" tail pipe My guess is you could build it for less than $250 (cheaper with exhaust hookups) 3 x 90 degree 2 - 2.5" bends, $90ish 3 metres of 2 - 2.5" pipe, $50ish 2 x 90 degree 1.5" bends $60ish and 1 metre or 1.5" $20ish Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
