nobumps
Recomendations for new bellett engine. G161z Yes/no?
thminiman
man im so not up with the whole engine thing in this, but in my books, that cars a cruiser sort of thing, it going fast would mean the awesome rear camber would need adjusting, and in my books, that just cant be allowed. so, something that is 100km cruising speed capable and is easy enough to fit in,

zep
I've heard that the G200W isn't too hard. There is a website with instructions, let me have a look. Here you go boe, Isuzu Bellett engine swaps http://www.users.bigpond.com/glennpp/swaps.htm
Toucan
Yea g161z would be my suggestion. Keep it isuzu for sure. No need for larger and the isuzu twincams would be out of place in this. Plus the GT-Rs were 1600's

CUL8R
Yea I'd go with g161z, anything TC or Injected would kinda look outta place. Cheers,Chris
Burntrubber
G161z is a good choice or a G200z seen as their identical just more cc's also I may have a spare engine/box laying around
nobumps
oh yeah sounds good. hows her health?
Burntrubber
I have a G200z that I heard running but never drove before I acquired it so dunno how good that is. I will have a mint G161z soonish when I pull it out of my TG Gemini to make way for an injected G200z. That engine has been refreshed also has a mild cam and is painted a nice pretty blue! zep
G series sohc wont be the easiest of the isuzu choices, but i rekcon its what you want. Easy as to get parts for etc and with a 32/36 and some extractors + exhaust you'll be flying in that thing!
