Most panel beaters will probably do that, as for cost, who knows, should just be labour. Just go to a local one and ask for a price / getterdone. Next time add more dirt to the repair lol. Also no braking at all on a wheel, notbad.jpg.

You can only trust yourself, I put lots of extra framing into my place as no other fuck cares lol. Any more progress pics? Got a move in / transfer from garage date? -
I'm glad photos can't give off smells. Nice work, quite the saving made by rolling up the sleeves and getting stuck in.

What is the factory required specs? I used to put that in my 20v / 16v as they both used oil. I run synthetic in things now as they don't drink it. I guess it would come down to engine condition too. I run 5w30 fully synthetic in dailies here, but neither are '88ish. Grabbed a 20L drum on spesh as I got sick of storing more than one oil. Totally turning into a Ling post... but my main point was that I used that oil because it was cheap and the engines were pretty worn. So it comes down to factory specs / engine condition IMO. I spent a while sifting through the oil threads on here, Speeno seems to know his stuff on oil.

Hmmm interesting. That's a bugger though! SSD's are pretty cheap now, so its not too bad to get similar sized drives now thankfully. I backed up the previously mentioned system just in case, but was amazed it just shuffled some files around and worked fine.

Which OS? I got proven wrong the other day when I refitted a mates PC with a bunch of my hardware and just plugged his hard drive in. A couple of restarts and it was booting sweet and he's had zero issues. Hardware was totally different. Windows 10 life. I said nah mayte, it will shit the bed, 0% chance that will work. As for cloning, have used Acronis, but that was replacing HDD with SSD, in windows 7 and no hardware change, other than the obvious.

Have run hammerite, should be sweet as. Used white on some rust repairs no worries. Used some crinkle finish silver on a bike frame. All seemed fine to me.

Make up a tool similar to what is used when closing up folded joins in sheetmetal. Then hit it from the underside with said tool. Found a better representation of the seaming tool I tried to draw above... Used them a bunch when forming sheetmetal joins, make a neat job and are consistent.

Just for something to do, or thinking as a cheap way to build a trailer? What are you wanting to tow on it? Probably cost the same as a normal trailer, but look a lot worse. Just my cynical opinion though. My trailer cost like $900 and has jockey wheel, spare wheel, the works. By the time you fart around, i'm not sure how much you'd potentially save. Axle position will be bad and it will look weird. Resale on trailers is good too, "kustom" ones, not so much.

How much fun was it getting that beam up the hill? Lookin' good.

Better use of space available too and i'd say a decent cost saving. -
Put a block of wood on your jack, i've used worse in the past. If my jack didn't weigh 50kg, i'd bring it. Seems alright height wise to me though.
