  3. I just followed this through as per my coons issues and it failed. A chart like that big enough to suit all possible points of failure would be HUGE. If you developed a big enough flow chart and incorporated it into a troubleshooting guide it would be worth lots of money/ sell it to schools, repco for their staff, garages etc etc
  4. Your best strategy now is to move on and learn from the exercise. I'd smash out something from UJs quick smart before this customer loses any more money.

  9. awesome man! Just a thought though... I am probably wrong but the radiator outlet looks really high up...... When your motor is dry and you fill that radiator you won't get water to spill out of the outlet and back down into the engine and pump until the radiator is REALLY full... and how will the air get out of the top of that pipe? might just be talking shit

  11. gosh I long for another swb safari. totally miss driving over ggardens, kerb and Bush tracks
  12. Iv spoken to ppl doing air testing for asbestos. The danger level of fibers per cube of air seemed huge. like you'd be standing in a dust storm of the shit before risking your health. http://www.business.govt.nz/worksafe/information-guidance/all-guidance-items/new-zealand-guidelines-for-the-management-and-removal-of-asbestos-3rd-edition/monitoring-asbestos-in-air-levels-and-clearance-procedures this is interesting.

  18. agree with that guy. I can't wait to see how this evolves.
  19. No no. I talking disks with larger offset between mount face and disk.. Then move the caliper inward to suit
  20. wouldn't it be millions easier to move disk and calipers inward?
  21. Maybe he wants to use a spacer and is just moving the band to keep fitment the same
