So fucken relieved, doubled our money which makes the whole thing 150% worthwhile. And a big thanks to covid for making the market go crazy right when we wanted to sell. Felt pretty sad driving back into the hood yesterday, spent a good time of my childhood here and the last 11 years, really sad to be leaving as apart from the horrifically corrosive air I fucken love this place.
