kyteler
Uhhh.. Mine is diesel? There's at least another wagon in CHC. So they're probably listed oddly.

kyteler
What were your search parameters? You clearly fucked up. Dam engineers.
Beaver
Pre 1990 data set, filter by Nissan, filter by Gloria
kyteler
There's your problem. They made them well past 1990. Mine's a 92 I believe.
Beaver
You sure? I thought they changed to Y31 in like 88 or something Regardless, I don't actually care.
kyteler
They kept the wagon going longer. Until 99 in fact.
brocky41
Also filter by cedric wagon if you can. And Y31 etc as i know some 260C 330's are listed as Datsun 330 (no 260C bit).
Raizer
"I'm not longer running an A/C compressor (it never worked)." Ooh yeah... The A/C in this was lush as frig, but the idler bearing started screaming when I was out of town one night, so I removed the bearing and never got around to replacing it.
Beaver
Haha good to know. Maybe I’ll bolt it all back in on a rainy day/who am I kidding.
sheepers
could be air in the pump? dunno how or if bleeding these pumps is critical but might be worth a go before you start changing parts out.
Beaver
I had the master mechanic round last night (seedy al) and this is what we concluded so it’s not just me being a nupty. We bleed it up to the pump but bugger all coming out the other end. Checked it was getting voltage to the solenoid etc and tried a jump wire as well but no change. sheepers
fair enough then.
Beaver
I do appreciate your concern however, its wouldn't have been the first time I've done something stupid.
KKtrips
Something easy to try... wind out the banjo nuts from the pump in and return. Blow the crap out of them or even run a small screwdriver around inside them to loosen the crud in there. They often have a stupidly small mesh filter inside them which can get blocked very easily with rust and general crap from the tank or from sitting in storage. KKtrips
I don't know your pump exactly but I THINK this is the same as your pump and it has 2 banjo fittings. The latter picture looks like the pump inlet so I would presume that one is the culprit. But still take them both off and clean them out thoroughly
Beaver
Yeh the second is the inlet, the first is the return. Top marks. Will pop them off as well and have a nosey. Cheers!
KKtrips
Dig around the inside of the banjo bolt AND the inside of the threaded hole in the pump. Could be a mesh filter inside either/both.
Beaver
Roger that.
