danger
Cheers for the offer. Usually I avoid letting people help me with stuff as I always end up checking/fixing/teaching etc but the standard of your statey looked pretty impressive. Laid a thick coat of 2K primer on the front doors today. Thats all doors and boot bare metalled, patched and primed inside and out. Body is almost done too. Was finishing off a bit in the back window I wasnt happy with when I ran out of CO2 today. Whole top front of the firewall and windscreen recess have been replaced(double skinned), almost half of the rear window recess and about a third of the boot seal lip and surrounding recess other than that the shell was pretty good. / I should just take pics and put in thread
nzstato
PM sent If you bottle is a cheap fire extinguisher like mine I found the valve was leaking when I last went to get it filled. Cost $80 for new valve and refill.
danger
It was the pressure gauge. Brass is chewed out so I drowned it in locktite and its fine now. Welding on body/doors/boot complete but didn't get it primed today. May upload a pic with MS paint shading of just how much new steel I've put in it now. Just front guards, bonnet, radiator support, inner guards and the die cast nose panel to go now then it'll be time to line everything up and start putting some filler on it. Hopefully wont need too much
