Leebo3
Thats really cool. White walls. Also some older seats. But should look at a Saturday evening ride I reckon if weather is decent. Allan has a new bike to try.
johnnyfive
What about finding a second pair of tall bars for the back rider? I can't decide if it should be all symmetrical or if it would be sweet to have the rider sitting all funny on it.

Allan has a new bike to try. Yeah man deff gona get some white walls. Hate to say it but I think cazz and I are going to peoples house warming that night! But will let ya know how we get on. Also I don't think I'll have tandem in a ridable state either. Good thing you'se fullas have heaps of bikes to lend us! CHUR What about finding a second pair of tall bars for the back rider? I can't decide if it should be all symmetrical or if it would be sweet to have the rider sitting all funny on it. Yeah am super thinking matching set of tall bars for person in the back. I've also been thinking of symmetry too. Gotta figure out how to shift the peddles up into the frame so they ain't hitting the ground. Would be keen to get larger wheels but as the dodgiest of sams said it may not be that simple. Will have a geeze look tonight!
Vintage Grumble
Just cut a section out of each crank, and then weld the pedal end back on? so you have shorter cranks/more clearance?
KKtrips
Just buy shorter cranks - you can get them in midget spec - it'll be hilarious trying to pedal with 100mm long cranks...
anglia4
having two people will surely counteract the shorter cranks. win?
Duddley
I like the picture in my head that the idea of shorter cranks produced. Will look into it! but super slam would be ideal. Cause that's how we roll.. puhuhu!
KKtrips
having two people will surely counteract the shorter cranks. win? Nah - twice the weight phase the front and rear cranksets 90 degrees out so its like one constant power stroke. mmmmmm powerstroke...... Raizer
You need 2 pairs of Budgie cranks!
anglia4
having two people will surely counteract the shorter cranks. win? Nah - twice the weight ah yes but only one set of tyres for rolling resistance and only 1 frontal area for aerodynamic drag
Duddley
Getting real keen on making a banana seat that'll extend from front to back. Thinking of carving out the shape I want out of polystyrene then fiberglass a mold from it then give it to an upholsterer to work his magic. Vintage Grumble
Could you get a spacer and a longer bolt, and jam it behind the spring on the front forks to jack the front up, so the pedals dont hit the ground? (until you shorten them)
