My name is Russell
Anyone got any nifty ideas how to do a DIY strengthening fold in a sheet of aluminium (900 x 400), Doesn't quite fit in my folder. might have to get the wife to drop it in somewhere. Or anyone know were you can get / how much they cost, a tool that does these creases

My name is Russell
Just found this . . . looks like the tool is called a 'Swage and Jenny' https://www.machineryhouse.co.nz/Produc ... Code=S640# Only goes 180mm deep however so diagonal folds might be better.

Rookie
I have seen some oldschool hot rodder tack a bit of rod on the back and hand swage it with a plastic/rubber mallet. You could do one diagonal then remove the rod and do the other?/I would pay someone to do it but if your keen you could do it yourself.
