Rusted
Dear Mr Mike-E. I agree with your decision that this vechile needs to 'slam the living fucking shit out of'. Thank you. Looking for a 2" drop all around. Have some spare GX71 struts/springs which are helping make this possible.
crustywhip
Ditch the auto for a manual if possible then save money and rock out with a 2uz. Id own this tomorrow if I had the chance.
Rusted
Hmm, need a bit more life outta this a40d. Is there a filter in them?
Snoozin
This thign came outta nowhere! Cool car man, I dig it. Might see you at some events shortlyish? With it?
UTERUS
Is the line pressure adjustable on the old boxes? I hooned up the pressure on my old soarer auto by adjusting the kick down cable, this may be the wrong way for your jobbie though.
Rusted
My hero is pedo bear. Sneaks up on ya. No events in the mid riff, perhaps after this box is sorted out. Found a site which gave me several things to look at so up (Si righteous) on the axle stands this weekend but to do that I need to reassemble the Civic to reclaim them. Busy few nights ahead. Yowzer
I might have a 5MGE ECU somewhere if ya need it. Also have a spare A43DE with computer, but it's in a few bits and is probably missing some fluid pipes.
Simon
Yeah there will be a filter in there. You could just drop the pan and have a look and clean the filter out. Still looking for a way to get the other box up sooner. Some guy wants my motor in auckland. Should pack the alto with motor and gearbox and roll hahaha. Rusted
Yowzer, Could well be keen in on that ECU. Pickup this lot next weekend. I reckon I going to have to go with an A43DE cause I've had no luck finding the OS Hydro shift. The old A40 I'm rocking is getting worst but it still goes forward so I'm still right here Simon. Simon
Ok sweet as just baby it lol. I will rip the dash out of the corona and try find the auto box computer thing. Will be of no use to me and you may need it for overdrive. Also are you going to use the bell housing from this one? The box should bolt to yours so the S bell housing will be useless? Wouldn't mind keeping that for if I decide to put the 3S into my other Corona cos it will bolt up.
