keltik Posted December 8, 2010 Share Posted December 8, 2010 Had a look at the sparking plugs and that motor is running richer than 50cent. Plugs were blacker than him too. Checked the jets, set the float level, hit things with a hammer and have come to the conclusion im running too much fuel pressure. keltik Posted January 6, 2011 Share Posted January 6, 2011 The original auto gearbox got swapped for a manual box that had done a billion k's but was perfect. Then i forgot to fill it with oil and its first 800km drive was done dry. The current manual box was purchased from some seedy fucker and has never worked well. Now after many motorkhanas - the front diff has decided to make a rather disturbing noise. Next gearbox im going to swap some ratios around.
