cubastreet
if you've got compressed air it's pretty good for cooling in between spots too. what motor you putting in it?
johnnyfive
I got a cheap SOHC MPFI EJ16 to have a crack at mocking things up size wise etc. Should be a bit more poke, but not enough to explode std gearbox etc. Unsure if fits yet.
DB8-TypeR
Im pleased to see this has been resaved from your farm. Whats the story with Harts closing down? That mean you are out of a job or is it just being rebranded?
cubastreet
The one I checked out at the scrappie was too wide unfortunately, so you'd have to notch the frame rails.

That mean you are out of a job or is it just being rebranded? I've been sold to another dealer basically, should be the beginnings of good things as far as work goes. Get all the benefits of a new job, without having to find one. At least that is how it sounds like its going to go. True, I did some rough measurements/eyeballing before I bought it, and deemed it 'fucking tight', so we'll see how I get on.

johnnyfive
Yeah, Pretty sure none of our customers like the current antics though. Talk about sideshow haha.
DB8-TypeR
Yea specially when you hear "closing down, last sale ever" on the radio. Makes it sound as though the whole branch will be gone at the end of the month. Hopefully more training/qualifications being made available to you
johnnyfive
Yeah the radio ad is a reflection of the current owner, knob. Suzuki nikka! Time to get the new Jimny/SuperCarry I've always wanted.

yoeddynz
A workshop with a bed, kettle and toaster. All a bloke needs. Could skip the bed and sleep on floor but kettle and toaster stay.
johnnyfive
Yep. My plan is to buy Camper to function as the living quarters inside the shed. Or something. Hard to find decently priced sheds here though
