Wish my project was at this stage! cheers mate. yeah shes coming along now. just gotta pull me finger out and measure up the driveshaft, might as well do that while im clippin up the fuel lines. all the wee fiddley things you dont really see seem to take the longest Keen to know idea on dash frontage! hopefully it will work, gotta couple of options im looking at, just been doing a bit of research in to stepper motors. we shall see. QCADTA Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 no worries. its the standard ca one, the gearbox tunnel was enlarged slightly but not by too much. the original escort mounts were removed and where the ca one lined up box section was welded from thr chasis to the floor and new bolts were attached for the original ca mount to bolt onto, and the gear shift hole was moved back a bit. hope this makes some sense.
