  1. Just take it to Tim at TTT. its not Rocket Surgery or Brain Science.
  2. I remember driving my Mk2 Transit into town. Load up the back with mates and a lounge suite. One time we even took a keg with us. Frothy beer........ The corner of Plumer St and Quay Street would get a healthy dose of diesel. No fcks were given.
  3. I bumped into this fine mutant of automotive engineering yesterday. There were moments of precision and moments of 'dear god, we are going to hell for this' A+ will turn up at the workshop again. Cuddles, Poo.
  4. Back to making 'pssh woboboble' noises.
  5. Repro from 'Kiwi Cylinder Heads' (came with gaskets and valve guides). The dude that works there really knows his stuff. Would trade again. The head then went to Taylor Automotive for valve grind and assembly.
  6. Yeap, twin cam bolts on. Buuuuut, I would need a heap of fab work. Intake, exhaust manifolds, possibly new turbo, power steering pump bracketry, miscellaneous little things that take forever. So, new single cam head (minus those pesky Jet Valves) and i'm back to doing skids.
  7. Single cam is where its at. Maybe twin cam it in a couple of years time will never happen.
  8. Discuss how a head can crack is so many places. //oldschool.co.nz/index.php?/topic/28333-poo-mans-1981-mitsubishi-sigma-turbo/page-9
  9. I tell a lie. They just opened the rest of the car parks up.
  10. Back car park has the barrier down. I'm parked in the main car park. Punters rolling in.
  11. You will need to supply the USB cable, because someone lost theirs.
  12. Yes it is Dave, yes it is. Lucky you have a motor that now runs.......
  13. Yay, another one. Your going to hate me.......Chris/Euron8 and i chopped up a Sigma and took it to the scrappy. It was rust fcked. but the rear guards were good.
  14. I've heard of people using a mix of baking soda and superglue. Well that was on motorcycle forks. It's sets rock hard. After that, file and polish.

^ This. (although I dont rev to 7k) My sohc 4G63 has a td05hr on it. It pulls great from down low in the rev range. Was a bit of a pain in the arse to get it to fit. The wastegate actuator is mounted upsidedown and is on a bracket that is welded to the downpipe.
