  11. Welding technology are great to deal with, tell them simon sent you. They do the otos helmets, that's what I use, can't remember the model but it's referred to as X-mode, x-mode picks up the electromagnetic field or some shit so sunlight doesn't trigger it

  13. nope, they are only good at degreasing and getting rid of oil contamination, need a rust and scale remover, the good flushes only do one or the other, on heavy gear I'd use restore plus from fleetguard to remove rust and scale, and restore to clean out oil
  14. Dish washer tablets crushed up or finish dish wash powder works really well, or if your willing to spend a bit ($80 iirc) Restore from fleet guard, sold at Cummins and their dealers it's the best you can get for cleaning cooling systems contaminated with oil

Here's a couple of pics of my intake adaptors, manifolds and velocity stacks, the velocity stacks, ram tubes, trumpets are 50mm diameter, 3mm taper over the 95mm length, full 180' bellmouth I dropped the price on them last week purely due to the quantity I had machined, saving about $5 each also pictured are a couple of JZ intakes, I also do these for M series, RB's 4AGE's etc

  19. I can do a new masterpower for slightly less than the scarles option, mp28 is the masterpower model from memory
  20. Adrenalin r seem good to deal with, And will spec mufflers and reso's to suit, I always use stainless tube, never had any issues with it sounding shit on both ported na, and ported turbo setups
  21. The itb's mounting pattern is the same between them, but the bolt pattern were the trumpets bolt on are futher apart on the blacktop itbs
  22. I have 50mm trumpets in stock, $28each Or $48 with itb flange welded on 90mm max length, 3mm taper over the length, can shorten to suit desired length
  23. Do not use brakeclean to clean before welding, The fumes fuck you up. There was a big article about it a few years ago, basically the guy had always done nearly died and ended up in intensive care for a month
  24. I rate the x-mode otus / miller helmets, Good on low amp tig, and outdoors using the x-mode function
  25. Ditch the 1.6 and get some 2.4's 1.6 can be a cunt on ali when your learning,
