Welding technology are great to deal with, tell them simon sent you. They do the otos helmets, that's what I use, can't remember the model but it's referred to as X-mode, x-mode picks up the electromagnetic field or some shit so sunlight doesn't trigger it

nope, they are only good at degreasing and getting rid of oil contamination, need a rust and scale remover, the good flushes only do one or the other, on heavy gear I'd use restore plus from fleetguard to remove rust and scale, and restore to clean out oil

Dish washer tablets crushed up or finish dish wash powder works really well, or if your willing to spend a bit ($80 iirc) Restore from fleet guard, sold at Cummins and their dealers it's the best you can get for cleaning cooling systems contaminated with oil
