If you’ve got the wheels of for brake pads, then have a look/replace the wheel bearings usually only a few dollars each and again if it’s been sitting they’ll be pretty stuffed/rusty/dry

i thought/found it worked well if you are stuffing around looking at stuff and saw him go past then it meant time to go, he just didnt get to have any/many stops to look about

Have heard possible issues from ultrasonic cleaning carbs, it can dry out the felt seals on the throttle and choke shafts and create a air leak maybe try soaking them with oil or grease? To stop air getting in?

so list nbc on trademe and sold yesterday (unfortunately only one bid but meh), being collected this weekend so will have some room for the latest purchase so first one is a cb125t with comstars missing/cut up wiring apparently needs coils to run... but has twin carbs second is a cm125t with wire wheels appears to be all there but wouldnt start for previous owner (nothing happened when key turned yet batterys charged so will have to get out the meter) this ones single carb looking on line they seem to be all about the same power (something to do with a 125cc & power limit for this kind of bike?) anyone have any knowledge on these, which ones best motor wise/anyone need parts

What sort of fittings I assume 5/16 is a hose size? Then 1/8bsp is the thread size so just need a 1/8bsp or maybe 1/8bspt (tapper so it has something to tighten up into?)

f1 car only uses 278mm rotors, just get your drill out for more cooling holes (1400 holes now)

if they have enough power to lock up then anything bigger just adds more unsprung weight? A lot of the Wilwood rotors are around 260mm? Brake fades more from the pads/lack of cooling/ cheap brake fluid?
