yoeddynz
I was after a similar thing ages ago called dum dum made by eldro. It's what all the old cars had to seal many things up with and is re-usable. Really handy stuff. I chased around for ages. What the you got called? I'll pop into rjp in nelson.

yoeddynz
^seconded. Treat it as a challenge. I served for ages and found the nz company that used to import or make it but no go there either. Whenever I remove a screen or heater etc on an old car where it's used i collect it. It kneads and cleans up like blue tack ready to use again.

I used this stuff on my Morrie to replace the dumdum http://completepaints.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=589 Seems equivalent, and is available in NZ
