New bearing play

Just brought a new single race deep grove bearing for the rear axle of the lada, how much axial play is normal? there is enough that I feel it may be an issue (especially at wof time) but i'm sure there should be near to none? As its not a factory part, I picked it up from saeco, could it be designed for a different application?

I'd say the Single deep groove ball should be less than .2mm axial unless it's a massive bearing (by wheel bearing standards).. (Yeah big generalisation I know) but say a 6008 N would be 0.08 to 0.15 or thereabouts

EDIT: that would be the unmounted clearance, likely to tighten up a bit once mounted.

Ah right you are about getting tighter with mounting, i'm just paranoid about it not being right and having to pull the thing apart on the side of the road somewhere (or worse) even more now that I can't find any wheel kits in the country, anyone know of another car that has a rear wheel bearing 80-40x23mm?
