427carguy
The flares on the front are a copy of the factory rs flare, and from what i understand the rears are a wider copy of an rs flare??

427carguy
Im not planning on intercooling it at the moment but may have to if heats the air up to much
glen
you wont be intercooling it if you intend on keeping the suck thorugh set up. you could look at some form of methanol/water injection, but tbh i recon it will be fine.

RUNAMUCK
Hey man, Just a thought. superchargers take a bit of power to drive. There will be quite a bit of load on that top tensioner at the back. If I were you, I'd add another anchoring point on the three bolts at the front which look like a bearing cover, and tie it to the thermostat housing. All the load will be at the front where the belt is, and your mount is at the back. I've heard of blower mounting brackets breaking. Or the bracktry will flex, and the belt will come off. Worst case senario would be the bolt hole where your rear mount is blowing out all together. After all, it isn't a big bolt, and the casing is only crappy old cast aluminium. 427carguy
Cheers fort he advice man, the bottem bracket is pretty solid and the the blower sits solid on it (kind of hade to explain) but basically the to backet wont need to do any work, but I guess one at the front will put less stress on the bottem casting? Also what did you do to your engine for the blower like what cam do you run ect, and also been told I neg a fuel pressure regulater do you run one? RUNAMUCK
I've had a few engines with my set up. Basicly, the more you do, the better your chances of longevity. Get yours running to begin with, then you can look at making improvments. I would strongly advise running a big cam though. I got kelfords to grind me up a mystery stick to suit my needs. You wont need a fuel reg to run your set up. Your factory fuel pump might not be able to keep up though. Your carbs neelde and seat will only be able to hack around 3psi fuel pressure. If you fit a bigger pump to supply more fuel, then you'll need a reg to keep the carb from flooding. I think a pump like the ones found on Subaru Leones (The carb's ones) might be okay for your set up. (IF the standard pump can't supply enough juice)

427carguy
how much better does it go with the charger? It goes really well with the blower the engine is standard 1300 at the moment but would easily beat my worked 1600, just got back from a trip to ashburton and it has no trouble passing cars.
