This may or maynot be a stupid question but trying to increase my intake knowledge due the issues im having.

Is the fact its turbocharged, going to cancel out the fact that it appears the middle 2 cylinders might hog all the air with that plenum design?

I'm envious. I'm stabbing about 340hp. What pistons and rods are you using? And revving it to?

its got cosworth pistons, steel h beam rods. prob 7500rpm ish. will see i suspose lol. did u get 340hp atw!!!

Haha na man! I got around 265hp. You smoked me haha, my turbo has run out of puff. I'm not keen to go above 6500rpm on 205 rods..

Can't wait to see what this makes!

ha well i wasnt at the dyno today but my car was. first up fuel pump fuse blew on first run after i put a bigger one in!

weird how iv driven it there and no issues with it. but thats all good. got 132kw atw on 8psi. im goin there tomorrow to watch him tune it to max power. more eyes and ears the better!

well bad news. either rings arnt sealing or they the wrong type and wont seal.

got 135kw atw on 8psi which is real good.

got 195kw atw on 17psi which is ok but the amount of blowby was so huge oil was pissing out the breathers.

leak down test was mint so must be that the rings cant handle the pressure.

so yea i need new pistons and rings id say. we only did a couple of 17psi runs so no actial tuning except for the 8psi map.

Pretty rad that you chose to turbo a pinto rather than substitute in a jappa mate.

yea bit of a chellange really. want more power than the average 4g63t or sr20det. will see on thursday. tune day!
