  1. My advice to you is to modify stock items as little as possible to get you to the height you want, get cert, then put in all of your nice gear. There is no good reason for our rules, so simply ignore them, once you have a cert that says adjustable suspension you will get wofs no problem.
  2. You paint a car in one go for sure Ed, blends are mediocre at best, particularly with metallics.
  3. It is 120 wall crmo from cardwells I'm pretty sure. No threading, just weld in inserts.

Man, definitely just whip the paint off and pull the dent out, you will be lucky and it will actually work, my bobber tank was full of dents and it was made out of 3mm steel so I couldn't get them out haha It will be like a days work to fix that properly and then it will be mint, most other methods will Fuck the tank.

  13. If you use an external igniter or logic level coils you dont need the on board igniters (bip373s) though right? That is a sweet set up though, good job. Seeing he has to keep the dizzy it is probably worth putting the trigger there even though it is slightly less accurate.
  14. Heaps of things use water spark coils, I used wrx coils, they need an igniter which is no big deal, you can get the coils off aliexpress for $40 or so. Evos also use wasted spark, but there isn't any need to get wasted spark coils, as you can just wire up individual coils to fire together. So if you wanted you could use four ls coils. All you have to check is whether that which ever coils you use are logic level or not, and use an igniter as applicable. Basically pick a part/ zebra mission is on the cards.
  15. If you are set on keeping the dizzy, I thought this was a super clever way to do the ignition trigger. Yu could keep the dizzy cap if you wanted too. Actually it is just a fucken cool setup.

  21. Slacker Cam had a similar problem, I dunno why 4gaes get so hot. His solution was to replace China cooler with actual good one (Setrab was what I think he uses) was good for about 15 degrees cooler I think. But definitely use the best full synthetic you can as it deals with the heat way better. As a side note it is lol looking at his data logs and seeing the direct inverse correlation between oil temp and oil pressure.
  22. Basically it comes down to how skilled you are. You an buy aerosport strut bags for the front, and some normal ones for the back, for my car these cost about $650 us, so call it $1000 nz. Then you need valves,compressor, air tank, lines, gauges, water trap, switches, wiring, mounting kits etc, and that can cost from $800 to $2500 depending on what you buy. Basically if you dont want to hop use 1/4" lines and valves, otherwise it'll be too quick.
  23. Good job sprak! You should be well stoked with 150 whp. That afr trace is the reason efi is better than carbs hahaha. But with more tuning you should be able to get it spot on. It looks like it could use different emulsion tubes the way it is climbing up like that. Also that dip looks like its right in the spot where the pilot and main jets change over, but it is hard to tell from the internet. What is idle and low load afrs like? The only thing is that if highway speeds are right in the bottom of the valley you might end up fouling plugs on the motorway, which would be lol and stink all at the same time! Anyway, do a skid ya cunt!
