  1. I worked for 4wd fiberglass briefly and had a CJ tub from them. Flick me a PM
  2. https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTAWGo1tyNRU-vvPcWfygDqvU5IOF9rZgXfwRDbVe7yZifGsTrM ?
  3. I had to fix a very new ranger recently- the trailer was brand new and worked on one vehicle but did dumb things on the ranger. I ran a multimeter over the rangers plug and it seemed fairly okay for continuity to earth etc but still failed with trailer. Followed wires, popped out a tail light and found that one of those SHIT plastix clip-over wire splicing connectors had popped open. A simple cable tie fixed it but jeez it was hard to diagnose from looking at the trailer lamp operation.
  4. Putting the wife through fertility treatment so money has been tighter than usual but managing to do cheap shit occasionally. I removed the bent grille in top center of the dash (is it for a single speaker?) Sent some bits off for gold zinc plating Drilled some holes in my fuel tank mounting frame as it's way too sturdy/heavy. Will get this gold zinc plated too Also did some trading and bought some fiberglass front guards (need to get these north from invers somehow!) And also a fiberglass nosecone that was made locally.
  5. That seat is off AE?! Is there anything that place can't do?
  6. I love that you pulled a good expensive tool to pieces to make this. God this will be scary and so much better being a quieter 4 stroke (sorry everyone...fighting the flow as usual)
  7. I saw a SWEEEET unimog off-road camper last year. And I think everyone needs to put into perspective what off-road with a trailer actually means- I'd be surprised if anyone would go do a winch challenge course or the kati side of Thompson's with a trailer. Also.. Value for $$ has gotta be a 4 door safari and just kit out the back with a bed and storage
  8. How long are these? And what kinda tq do people put threw them?
  9. Random thought- I hope you have a few good fire extinguishers and smoke alarms there Incase something somehow goes wrong. Impressive setup too! Very interesting reading all this
  10. Your cleaning fluid seems to have magical healing properties!
  11. http://s.aliexpress.com/AJjaEzaE (In all seriousness though.. search for large glass tube)
  12. Hey did you look on Aliexpress? There is a large selection of glass beakers and tubes.
  13. Fabric loom tape like Tesa tape is amazeballs for stuff in the cabin.
  14. I get my gauges from speedhut and throughly reccommend them. Extremely high quality, many to choose from, ability to customise style and good value price wise. A friend of mine had one bad gauge in a set and they made a replacement and shipped it to him asap with no fuckin around. Also- made in USA so you are helping make america great again. Also- Summitracing has a range of gauges and accessories that are made by other reputable companies but then rebranded and sold in plain packaging for far cheaper than usual. Worth looking into if you can be bothered. Also.. Cheap gauges are sooo shit.
  15. Yeah just take the pulley to any shop near you that sells keysteel
  16. but you are skilled as fuck lol. Ya average joe is better off with an average professional repair
  17. Jesus. Personally (I have family who are panel beaters) wouldn't trust a normal collision repair shop. Maybe cash jobs are completely different but I know for insurance work they all cut every possible corner.
  18. Put battery back into engine bay and see if problem goes away
