Ling Ling, I personally don't rate nolathane for a street car, jsut get good replacement Rubber bushings and you will be fine I jsut rebushed my entire car with Whiteline rubber bushes, difference is amazing Plus they won't go hard and squeky like nolathane after a few years

These heads are prone to warp with overheating get it checked, also take you time bleeding the cooling system after you get it all back together jzs can be a real cunt to bleed the cooling systems on
