  11. That is to do with your extended arm. if you could somehow spin at least 10-15 cats just around your wrist and made sure to keep your wrist in the same spot they would work themselves out to be balanced

  20. Handles unscrewed in the middle so the wire can be replaced if it snaps etc, could probably make the same thing for cheap enough I would think but effort makes buying one much easier. Was pretty cheap with bnt hook ups. Not sure what brand it was but it had to be ordered in overnight
  21. I have used a thing that was pretty much piano wire between two handles. Got it through bnt Took it slow and steady and won the race

  24. Yes it will need a cert, just because the previous owner was lucky/knew someone who would turn a blind eye and give it a wof doesn't mean anything really
