Here is the 18RG out of the Green one I posted on the last page
Don't quote me on it but there was a reason we swapped the whole motor rather than the head, can't remember what that was though.
This was an injected motor my flatmate at the time ran on Solex's. No major issues doing that. One thing to watch for is some motors dont have a lobe to run a mechanical fuel pump so if theres a blanking plate its there for a reason.
Since noone seems to have answered this. Its just a vacuum gauge. Not many cars have them because theres not alot of point, basically just a boost gauge that doesnt have the boost part
I'm sure its been done but I wouldn't think an M series would make a lot of sense. The factory had to make all kinds of suspension changes to fit the C series in and even then it needed the bonnet bulge (which looks tougher anyway). No idea how big an M series is compared to a C but Id stick with a 4 cylinder or a V or some description.
We used to do the first part of that when we had a flat on Carlton Mill Road. Start at uni, get to our flat then finish a crate before midnight
Looks to me the Avon doesnt go to ferrymead though, it goes through eastern suburbs to New Brighton.
fuck this would be epic if only duraseal wasn't so damn expensive ha
Girlspeed GTi Pulsar had a duraseal CF bonnet at Christchurch 4 & Rotaries a about 10 years ago...or at least it looked like duraseal they probably do it specifically for retarded car owners.
Only heard about this today after I was already committed to other things, they could really advertise it better.
On a similar thread the british car day is on the 25th (apparently) which has had equally appaling advertising.
