  1. This is a cool build. Ive got into these things as of late for a bit of drifting. Ended up throwing a lot more into an E36 sedan then I ever thought I would. My mate has a 36 coupe with an LS hes drifting up here. Message me if I can help out with any pics etc
  2. My nephew still has the car and the panels. He's dented the front guard and is after a guard/selling the wagon
  3. Interesting. This was all sequential but ran an ECU per bank. Don't know when Toyota made it the norm but the series 1 1UZ was batch but the series 2 was sequential also.

  5. Yeah man. Made 370hp with the trigger wires backwards. I estimate it's around 400 now at a guess.
  6. Mines all factory injectors running batch fire on a Link G4 Storm. There are a few ecus out there that have 12 drivers but they were mental money and was just as easy to go Link.
  7. Has a long way to go. Got coilovers and wheels here. Needs flares.
  8. Mate thanks heaps so good to hear from someone that has one. When you say worked what's been done?
  9. Right. Acquired a TT133 manual Corona the other day. I want something to beat around the track again and this fits most categories, if I shut my eyes. Anyway. It has a 2T. Single cam single carb. I see differing stories on results from these engines. I have access to help with stripping down engine no worries. Also to rebuild with high comp pistons, cam etc, no worries. Also to tune carbs no worries. But I don't want to do wiring. So rules out efi. I really want something that screams but doesn't have to be fast. Just something that can take a thrashing. I figured staying 2t was cheaper with it already being w40 (also have spare 50) with bellhousing and clutch not needing to be sourced. Considered 4age, more money and need new box etc. If I did that I would go 7age I think. Am I silly for thinking of throwing some coin at the 2t? Some say they rev with some decent 12:1 gear and are perfect to thrash around. Some say no. What's the general consensus? I also have access to factory twin carbs and manifold. Any good or would they be restrictive if I built the engine? Any tid bits would be helpful in my direction. Cheers guys
  10. Tacho worked on the M series. Its got factory wasted spark coils. Sorry for late replys etc
  11. This sounds like the go. Do you mean you sent the cluster away?
  12. Cheers. Everything along those lines so far doesnt include the number 12 haha but ill keep looking. Will call Robinsons in the morning to. Cheers man
  13. Hey guys has anyone got any info on a way to change something like my stock revcounter in the MX41 to read off the V12? Pretty broad question but where would I start? Chur
