Anyone know torque settings for a 8mm drive shaft bolt? Front wheel drive 1989 Celica, bolts shaft & CV shit together.

Recently got this Oleo-mac chainsaw which goes well. Except for spraying out chainbar lube. Stripped it down a bit and found this ugly burnt patch directly under the exhaust. There is a hole approx 5mm diameter under the chrispy shit. Question, does high temp JB Weld stick/bond to plastic OK? It seems that it's designed more for sticking to steel. any one got some recommendations? Cheers

Try what GregT mentioned above. Or maybe a ferrite ring thing around trigger cable.

Cables being in line for 2m would be unlikely to cause enough induced voltage. Unless trigger is quite a bit less than 5v?
