    Been waiting for our resident BMC guy to come in to work. He tells me the original bearing may have been spinning so hub wear ? He also suggested shimming but should be easy enough to get a good one ?

    The 2nd Nov is out for me, Gasser has a shindig going at Takapau. 9th could be a go though. I have a feeling the road between Pahiatua/Makuri and Pongaroa is still quite dodgy though, earthquake damage ? I'm on Weber Road so piece of piss from my place.

    I got mobbed by a bunch of these out night shooting. Got stuck in my beard, while trying to get them out more of them flew in, what a nightmare getting the bastards out !!

    Is 1 1/4" a bit hefty for frame work unless it's going on a big rear tyre type frame ? My old Honda chop was 1 1/8" for all but the centre downtube that had the upper rear engine mount on.

    Drop the tyre pressure on the rear a few pounds, helps a bit.

    Yes I was expecting several little shadows to roll across the screen and the ensuing chaos when the movie goers realised they weren't part of the movie would have been funny. There's always next time ?

    Yep,a good night alright, but is that the normal entry fee now ?? $180-00 for me, wife and 2 kids seemed a bit steep ? no family pass offered either. No mention of the war either.
