    Tablespoon of acetone, tablespoon of ATF and a tea spoon of diesel is better than WD40. If you have doubts about the oil level, or the oil level has gone up, can you drop the sump in the car? From memory you can't in a MK1 idk about MKII though.

    But i blunt a drill bit in 5 minutes. Why in this day and age they'd want people to throw away drill bits rather than make them properly to save materials, energy and stop penguins and world of warcraft widows from dying or whatever the latest political correct thing is i don't know. And what happens to all the recycled steel? We sort it in mild, hardened ect here but when it gets to china they throw it in a pot and make something foamy and light that rusts quickly anyway...

    i have used a hot glue gun in the past. Also used black urethane but this looked bad.

    Chinese copy of a VH44. Actually, do you need a single circuit one? i can sell you a brand new one. Never fitted. Box was opened though.

    If it's 3rd brush ford generator it can put out up to 20 volts no sweat, but how will it know that it's supposed to put out 15 volt without you putting 14 in? i dunno.

    Made a bottom for one of those guards once and welded it in. Wasn't too hard, pretty sure you can do it too.
