datlow
On the cheap you can fill with white vinegar or citric acid, there’s a few tank repair kits available think a few guys on here have used them and will chime in on best ones/way to do it

tortron
Warm the tank/vinegar up and it will work even faster
Lord Gruntfuttock
Gotta watch you don't use ethanol fuel with some glass linings. I've done a few in the past but apparently the alcohol can send gummy bits of epoxy resin thru the system? Unsure really, but have heard of such incidents. I've also used a POR 15 bike tank kit before, came with everything you need...

Duke Blackwood
Yeah I did that too actually. I think the problem was that I hadn't quite drilled my clearance hole deep enough on the front side and I had cut one thread in it... so I had threads on both sides fighting... but I've sorted it now haha. I'm learning a lot from this project. I'm not a traditional engineer (gigolo by trade haha).
anglia4
Duke Blackwood asked me to post this photo up as his phone was flat last night. He was having a go at repairing the utterly fucked fairings and found that someone has glued old pill packets across the back of some holes to bog over the front! 4
