kyteler
I would suggest getting either some twin side-draughts or some motorcycle carbs, do not bother with a single.

Rookie
Attach carbs to motor, tune them. They work like car carbs.......
Steelies
build manifold, jet carbs, hook up fuel and listen to the awesome sounds of aweosme. have a look/search around OS, there are a few projects using bike carbs

BlownCorona
bike carbs are the go, at next to a guess, something from say a 650cc should work well and be pretty cheap. when i eventually do my conversion, i just plan on cutting a spare intake manifold up, and running short hoses between the carbs and the inlets, seen it done like that with good results, might make a proper manifold at some point to. Rookie
How much money do you want to spend, we could provide you with lots of things that you could, should, or would do if you had buckets of cash. So what you mean about the carb is that you want one that will give you the most performance out of the setup? eg bike carbs or twin 40s.... phatt20
the factory twin carbs work fine, just need to be balanced and jetted properly by someone that knows what they are doing. bike carbs are best bang for buck, but being cv type they dont have the same snappy throttle response as dcoe style carbs.
