I was going to remachine the unf ones I have but couldn't hold the CSK head tight enough in our lathe and also couldn't cut the thread close enough to the head. But if I get a longer bolt and turn it around.... I must have had a brain fade moment. Got a reply from that English company. They'll only sell me ten at $60 Usd plus postage. Sadly the lathe at work is pretty worn out and even when taking up the back lash its a bit hit and miss. The half nuts are worn too. See how it goes.. sheepers Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 ill give them a ring again today. on the thread cutting side of things, you could use a die, or you could start the thread and finish it with a die nut. i have a die nut for 12x1.25 so they are available. anywho, ill get back to you today.
