Steelies
awesome! 'daily' rode it for two days before the clutch had a spaz, spun the clutch actuating rod which has a hex on the arm end. its now a mushroom head and the arm has a good old fashioned bite out of it. my heart dropped when i took the little rubber boot off the arm and a pile of swarf fell out. yuss

Steelies
yep clutch sorted. the bearing ball had welded itself into its cup and the push rod had formed right around it! new cup, ball and built up/grind/hardened pushrod. also put a 50x6 brace on the forks, helped a lot. happily chugged to work today, phew! Rookie
This thing lap up the grease? I haven't ridden my velobike since I installed magic fluid, none has escaped in 5 days though so that has to be a good thing!

Rookie
hahaha. I also replaced the leather washer on the drain plug with a copper one, so that could have contributed to the lack of leaks.
