:D This will be pretty funny with those rims and heaps of MDF :P .

If you want polystyrene go and talk to any powertool and machinery place. Find somewhere that does chinese bandsaws, drill presses, thicknesser/planers etc. These all come packaged in poly and it's a mission to get rid of. You are allowed to dump it but it costs a shitload, and they also have a flat dump rate for anything up to 1 tonne. I can't even imagine what a tonne of poly must look like. Pretty sure my boss has heaps in his shed at home, but thats in the Manawatu so no help.

Yeh these mo fokers aint moving ayy, they do have faint lines on the outter of the hex head, so maybe they aint ment to move like you say, thing is the nuts are those big flat round bizo's with no heads, so I guess vice grips be the only way? Not keen to drill them out as theres 64 bolts to do, and a brother cant afford 64 bolts/nuts.

wheels are fun to pull apart... i had to buy mean allen key thing to do mine, 1/2" drive to 6mm hex drive, and then made/shortened 10mm single hex head socket for the nuts on back, even after two days of soaking in WD40 they were a cunt and ended up rounding and cutting off 2 bolts on each wheel

and guttering rules, i've seen a guy working at a panel shop do some on his car, and they looked mint when they were finished
