  1. Car looks good and I knew it was yours as soon as I clicked it was a triumph. Rollin in the rain is hard. What stud pattern are these?
  2. 1500 Column box + 1600 motor that had floor change attached = no fit. My question is will a 1500 clutch plate fit a 1600 motor? That would make it work correct? as the current clutch plate of the 1600 engine does not want that dirty old column shaft poking insde it.
  3. Hi, why not just change the clutch plate and pilot (spigot?) bearing to make 1600 engine fit the 1500 gear box? Would the pre-cross flow 1500 clutch/pressure plate fit the 1600 cross-flow engine? All sounds to easy or am I just used to jappas.
  4. Found the same problem on a rx7 today. Was faulty flasher relay so start there or give it a few taps and see if it starts to work. Same symptoms as you described.
  5. Will attend the next and try keep it regular. Now back to work
  6. Sweet KK i will be driving my wagon. Its my only wof'd car atm so I have no choice really.
  7. Just my 10 cents. I brought an early set of D2s back when coli overs got cheap, 2004-5ish I think. I was really impressed as was my friend who got some at the same time. his car got wofs with no cert and he recently sold with no problems with suspension. I never got my nissan legal and never got pulled over. Touch wood I still take it for the odd drive. I always heard stories like "cant cert D2s" and "K sports are better" Who knows. The only thing that worried me was the front had around 10-15mm travel and cert needed 30mm from what I was told.
  8. Il come to this, Will be my first so will need to know times and place.
  9. Plans? Maybe a picture of hulk hogan on side so when you are driving your head is on hogan.

  14. 13 cars!! Man you must have an understanding misses. So you need new engine mounts? I have some that came with a motor I got which was fitted to a K series chassis, Same as the ones for sale on trademe.

  16. You dont need specialised tools but a small sharp chissle is always good. Just tap a corner on the round head and it should start to move then push ya finger in there and start twisting. Its not hard and only time consuming.
  17. Can I add my 10 cents, Always loved these and stoked to see one getting some love.
