  1. Any bike store should be able to make you what you want
  2. What ever happened with this thing man?
  3. any reason you would choose Cusco over Ikea formula? Is Cusco stronger or more adjustable, becasue when will was putting the TRD JZA80 together he got told the only Arms to get are Ikea formula anything else will break Will being Will though still manged to break evry single one of them in half on his first day at Pukie Just wondering where you got that info on cusco form
  4. Good stuff man hopefully that has solved ur issue, I thought the Hondatas were a plug and play jobbie though so why is some one using dodgy crimp clamps? So the money you were thinking about spending on a rebuild can go towards cams and other excitng head parts
  5. Damn man thats not cool, are you going to consider exciting bits inside or just stock rebuild?
  6. This is cool, These are the same car that the lotus carlotn was build form wasnt it? Was it this more in the carlton, well with tiwn turbo chargers and a gertrag manual cool? Looks cool
  7. I think the reason gti-r turbo were popular is becasue they had a 360 degree thrust bearing factory, and also had a point .86 rear hosuing wear as the standard silva is .63 also becasue they were a t28 so larger than the early sr20/ ca18 t25 which made them a good cheap upgrade for you sr or ca not sure on the reasoning for the larger exhuast hosuing, but im guessing it has somthing to do with the fact the gti-r had quads so probably flowed more cfm factory I defantly don't think they were ball bearing I also thought a s15 gt28 with a gti-r exhuast hosuing would make the perfect turbo for a 1600/1800 that liked to breath
  8. Keep up the great progress Ben I am following this thread with a keen eye
  9. I'd just like to say do it Beacuse this is still the coloest project I have seen ever involeing a mitshi and that really hard for me to say This is going to be epic once completed
  10. If you get a blitz one get the filter kit so you can shut it up, how about looking for a stock st205 one, most rally cars still run the factory ones and they seem to hold boost well enough I love your approach trying to keep it all as stealth as possible
  11. I very much like this idea, make it look like a stock bluetop with a water cooled intake
  12. Please remove intake manifold and please have bead blasted back to stanard finsh the red is so ugly
  13. I love you work man This is going to be so sweet finshed
  14. from what I understand these are essentially the same as changing you waste gate spring on an external, but the internal version of doing it Pretty much means you can raise you boost level with out buying a controller BTW did you talk to your uncle about hi-flowing your ct15b I like the idea of keeping the stock turbo, as it means you can keep all the factory pipe work for the stealth mode
  15. To Small, why not jsut get you ct15b rebuilt to TRD specs? have pondered about getting it steal wheeled how much ( ruff as nails ) would you think that would cost, i know its like saying " how long is a peace of string " but ball park is all im after Here is the TRD turbo: http://trdparts.jp/parts_1jz-turbo.html Not sure how much a rebuild would cost, but you have connections to Steve Murch don't you? I'm sure a rebuild would be less than 700, plus it mean you can retain all your factory parts
  16. To Small, why not jsut get you ct15b rebuilt to TRD specs?
  17. Don't listen to him^ kthanks p.s. envy for owning an AW11, one with a 7AGTE no doubt, keen for one myself Whats wrong with them ? Is it becasue there not 13's and dished enuff for you? Yeah pity there not so wide, i jsut think they really suit the 80tys styling of the car really well, plus there not dished, getting a bit over the whole need wide wheels things pity there not 7 and 7.5 but still look mint
  18. Love this car man, and please don't change the wheels the current ones suit it so well I hope you get it all sorted and break that 200kw barrier
  19. IMO KISS Keep it simple stupid You will be able to find all the bits required to convert you turbo back to be internall gates for alot less than the cost of going external, by either modifying your exhuast manifold or doing as other have suggest attaching an external to the exstiting internal hole agin I will agree with forced that this will not fix the problem. Id jsut get it working well with the stock internal, get a nice pump pipe made up, and buy a decent ebc not a cheap one i mean a good one as it make a huge differnce as for blow off valve there lots of arguments to having one or not having one, id say go with 1 get it mounted as close to your throttle body as possible, if you don't like the nose get it plumbed back into the intake tract or get a filer for it. don't go doing unessicary modifaction if there not required you know the motor is good for 200kw, going back to an internal gate is not going to change this figure at all Plus 200kw is enuff to have fun to start out with, once you ready for more then get serious buy yourself a gt3077r until then be happy with what you have because IMO its friggin great looking set up as for getting the internal wastegate parts shouldnt be to hard to find an exhuast housing from a blown r33 turbo will have all the required bits for cheap, everyone these days is removing them to go with a crappy chinese stanless manifold and china turbo and waste gate, so they can have huge lag, suffer from heaps of exhuast leaks sticking waste gates, and stupid external sounds
  20. This car has t rear Lite ace vans have t series so put them together and wollah t series c&p supply
  21. For what you are doing internal gate FTW Most of the time externals are not nessicary and unless theya re plumbed back into the exhuast make a noise thats imo is fucking gay
  22. Hey The pink ke30 and the pink dx you mention wern't orginally form nelson, the dx had an 18rg aye?
