  1. I dunno, but @Dangle6060 hasn't logged in here in almost 2 years.
  2. I don't think recovering the black plate option is available after it has been re-reg with a new number, but it doesn't say that on the VCC document? You need to have the original plates too. http://vcc.org.nz/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/numberplates1.pdf
  3. Looks great, always good to see another wagon. I've seen cars with the white plates painted black. Might be a cop magnet though.
  4. I've never had an issue with no hazards on an old car. What year is it?
  5. Put a pressure sensor in your radiator and make some graphs already.

  7. The turbo kills most of the exhaust noise.
  8. Coincidentally, I just took a 4V cast intake for a 460 to the scrap pile.
  9. I looked on TM but didn't see any 460's for sale
  10. Have used a scissors jack with a hunk of steel welded to it to push things like this around.
  11. @Goat has all the trumps in Wellington I thought.
  12. Looks good to see it coming together. Make sure your brake lines are far enough away from the exhaust to keep the cert man happy - there is a rule for this, but I don't have my book handy. Might be 100mm?
  13. Hopefully this will be there again and you can have a gold ozzie wagon love-in.
  14. The French one I bet.
  15. Installed my latest decorative item.
  16. Tires pumped up and oil topped up. Must be welly-meet-eve.
  17. What's the doo-dad up inside the panel?
  18. The drawing shows the measurement is to the front of the loop. https://www.lvvta.org.nz/documents/infosheets/LVVTA_Info_07-2016_Drive-shaft_Safety-loop_Requirements.pdf
  19. I'm thinking @JanFrankBreezie will be there too?
  20. Interesting. On my shop compressor I have a water trap away at the end of the pipework. On my car it is between the compressor (on the engine) and the tank (at the back) so the air would cool down a little. It seems to collect some water, and a bit of oil residue too. The tank I bought doesn't have a drain port in the bottom, and I was reluctant to weld one in, so it has never been drained. The system is still working after two years though.
