  1. Where, and how, would you draw the line? Limited annual mileage traveled or some other criteria?
  2. As stated previously I do not believe this is a good idea.
  3. I do not believe so but the opinions of others may vary widely. As stated previously the UK regime of annual inspection for all seems to work quite well.
  4. That was my first thought too. Thieving roguing bastards.
  5. Is there any engineering benefit to the use of TTY bolts?
  6. If little kids def agree don't bring them but thought if late teens they might be okay.
  7. Sovereign citizen Sungai? Take a chance, you might get away with it. I towed a rusty trailer from Whangarei to Bluff in '94 without getting pulled up.
  8. I ran a Mini 1275GT with 12" radials on the front and 10" crossplies on the rear for a while when I young and silly, and too broke to buy two more radials. Never drove it fast thouigh cos it felt too weird.

  14. End of August would probably work for me. Early July definitely won't as it clashes with my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. Fuck I'm old.
  15. One year mot for everything appears to work in the UK. Not a fan of their over forty years old exemption though.
  16. This part of the article is a little concerning. The Tertiary Education Commission has told polytechnics and universities to lift their pass rates. .I hope it means they have to teach their material better rather than just letting the failing students pass anyway.
  17. Not surprised. Vested interests pushing for it?
  18. Cool truck. Agree 11 mpg not conducive to affordable daily driving. Somewhat surprised at half ton load rating, espec given that the many low powered jap utes of that period were rated to carry a ton.
