  2. Have you had a look at the wiring in the door? Specifically the part that gets a workout between door and pillar. Maybe it gets jiggled into making contact when you change the switch? Just a thought
  3. And have you stripped the window switch and had a look at the contacts after it stops working?
  4. Is the hot water tap working properly? Find it in the engine bay (usually by firewall), get someone to adjust climate from hot to cold, if the tap moves (closes) the tap is no good, if it doesn't move, electric motor that controls tap is no good In saying that, im not familiar with your vehicle, but its somewhere to start
  5. Do you plan to serious off road this? Coz fender mirrors will get wiped off by trees Also watch those rims on rocks as the bead bends easy. (Why ppl usually fit steels) Steels look good in gunmetal. Or satin black makea the tyres look bigger Damn party pooper aren't I geez

    Is that the small clear plastic tubes with the loose coppery stuff in it? I put one of those in the Samurai coz it had a crack in the block (still does) A week later I had to get the radiator rodded, it had blocked up all but 6 tubes. It did stop the leak tho...

    Yeah soldering was what I was going to suggest. I once did a field fix where I crimped the core tube either side of the leak

    ^^this And will pivot/flex on the links and link bushes The holes in the bar where the links go through are larger than the link, so the link has room for movement Cruiser as in Landcruiser?

    I don't understand the question... In your sample pic, the sway bar is pointing down and the bushes are handling the angle. Is that not the answer to your question?

  18. Copper-nickel is definitely the way to go, so easy to shape by hand, and flare But it is kinda soft and could squash with a whack from a rock or something But personally I definitely would, and have used it rather than steel
