All bits ordered most are here so ive set everything up added extra bracing and brackets and redone some of the factory welds, fully stripped it got my kids to sand it and of course painted it satin black looks like a bought one. Make sure your wiring follows this to begin with, both at you car and trailer plug both in then check for resistance across the plug should be minimal like 0.3 Ohm. at least then you will know what end your fault is try using a test light as well some cars electronics wont detect LED bulbs or will just do weird shit.

Bearings ordered today chain for my dinky rear wheel sprocket is turning into a right bitch to find If possible will swap it for a larger pitch chain.

Could you mount 6x injectors into the underside of the manifold to help even up fuel to each cylinder and maintain 70's looks. More work yes but would be worthwhile 2 injectors servicing 3 cylinders surely would be almost as bad as su's.

Bunnings on sale got it 6 months ago under $300 dont recommend though not that flash motor is sweet though.

To be fair the water blaster was a lemon pump is to big for this motor so it was a bitch to start and stalled if you let go of the trigger to fast, i also scorched the hose second time i used it. Cost less for the whole thing than a motor on its own so win win really.

Ive GPS speedo'd it at 58ks on 36 volts, at 72 volts it took a rolling start downhill to not vapourise the brushes was sketchy but not bum puckering. No idea where the gearing will end up with this motor combo more keen on it being able to cruise up hills and buzz around on instead of killing myself.

So i biffed 2 milwaukee m18 drill batterys in one no smoke came out and made hoon time around an hour and a Cringe worthy 55-60 km/h top speed (Limited with a grub screw back to a sensible yet fun speed for the kiddies) In short the white one had a chain drive arrangement the other are Gilly belt drive when the white Finally cooked its motor i started looking for a bigger watt leccy motor for it which are reasonably Priced Batterys ARE NOT so i cast my eye to my new waterblaster in the garage.......... The Dummy Up So after this i wasnt happy with the solid plastic rear wheel so hit trademe up for an alternative and found a cast alloy centred one that came with a solid rubber tyre its also got a neet little drum brake Got Stuck in today made up the engine mount plate i opted to sit the engine over the rear wheel to give a bit more deck room (i future proofed it here and predrilled the plate for a 7hp motor as well) Which Leaves me here i need a jack shaft to make it all work Opinions and hookups for stuff would be appreciated im hoping to get it all running for christmas holiday hooning should be pretty well balanced and 87cc 4 stroke should be plenty to haul my ass around to the dairy etc. it runs a tiny sprocket and chain on the rear wheel im hoping i can use it but may need to swap it out for something bigger bearing in mind the wheel is only 6.5".

Id suggest putting it in a cabbinet with a bottle of Co2 ready to dump in there electricity pressure and atomized fuel. Scary shit awesome well thought out project though.

Coil on plug with these things ? Surprised your having this problem i used to get it 20 years ago in my teenage days shitter. Try another head unit once you have run your power back directly to the battery on your existing one. If your using an amp your RCA leads might not have sufficient shielding or a broken wire internally.

Made a Start on pricing up a big wattage electric motor cheap as chips..... Batterys and charger though fuck me are dear never mind i got this!87cc 4 stroke will do instead Fits sweet between the rails think i'll be needing a bigger rear wheel though if i offset the motor 60mm i can go direct to the wheel if its centralised i'll need a jackshaft a centrifugal clutch would be nice as this motor has a mean kick back sometimes would hate to knock it off the stand and watch it fuck off on its own. Half considering buying an electric hubmotor and using an alternator feeding a capicitor for drive like a prius but less effective. Would use the old electronic speed controller that's still there.

Is it a v6 or v8? My guess would be crank angle sensor or ignitor pulling dignostic codes would be best bet. Could be body module not talking to ecu possibly, try the Microsoft solution disconnect the battery put foot on brake pedal to discharge any capacitors reconnect and try starting.

Soapy water on the pipework and someone to stand on the brakes while giving it a bit of gas should load it up enough to make boost and blow bubbles if its a leak. Stand off to the side though and aim the car away from anything my 300zx used to hiss under boost was a poked factory blow off valve.

I Bought my kids these scooters from Kmart christmas last year they go pretty well 24 volt 100watt my sons batterys carked it after about 4 months though..... as they are with me on it batterys last about 10 minutes 25 with a 7 year old there 25k,s downhill is about it. this is version 2.0 after my son cooked the motor a brand new $80 scooter was bought this is a bit different to his old one having a belt drive the old one was chain driven Add 2 Milwaukee M18 batterys $120 Each and its a bloody weapon in the wet i can spin the back wheel about 15 meters or ride it too the liquor shop no worries (ive Governed it for my son) lasts at least an hour hooning around. Ive now got his old one with a burned out motor i'm thinking what to do with it 2x 56 volt batterys and a 500 watt aliexpress motor would be a hoot.

You using cutting fluid with it? Once your drill bit goes blue its toast. Plasma as above would be your quickest option.

Wax and grease remover might be worth a crack ive used it on foil badges before took alot of rubbing after a while it softens the paint enough and will come away slow enough you can stop before damaging whats underneath.

Drill hole than bash square tool steel thru it with a good sized hammer. Shit you not it works.
