  1. If anyone is having trobble with the CB radio side I might be able to help, it costs about $35 to get them changed to the new zealand frequencies.

  6. Yer all the load of the engine and trans bouncing up and down, the shaft would have been the only thing stopping it from crashing down onto the road, Would a GM trans fit?
  7. Thats a nasty crack, I wouldn't try to fix it with those low temperature repair rods, the crack must have caused some misalignment and strain to make those metal flakes in the oil
  8. Those Turbo brand mufflers have a nice sound, they are a straight thrugh glasspack but look like that ovel black muffler you have
  9. Your alternator may over heat if it couldn't keep up
  10. I saw segedins were selling bigger pulleys for slowing the alternator down, I thought one of the good things about alternators is they would charg at any speed? Some hot rods run them off the driveshaft

  14. Those sealed lead acid batterys last a long time, I found a place in auckland witch sells them for $45 each as they have been sitting at auto shops too long and they need to move them fast, they have a 12 month warranty.

    I have allways wondered with Flowmaster and Spinntec they say it helps suck the gas out, I carn't see this happening or believe it, I think a Spinntec would be realy restrictive, same with a Suppertrapp.

  20. Have you started making the extractors yet? I live your twin carb setup, dose it have 4 exhaust ports or 2? Might need to do some of this if you take the motor apart
  21. I think Suzuki DT175s had them from factory or some shit, I remember finding a something strange and removing it

  24. apparently they have been doing this for years, some people say it works, I can't see any advantages in it.
