Lump
Hi Guys, Poor old Jag got rear ended on the way to work the other morning. I've lodged a claim and they're going to call me back tomorrow to find out who I'd want to use for repairs. I'm not sure how much leeway they're going to give me with who to use - I'm with AMI but they wouldn't give me classic cover as its a daily driver (its under an agreed value policy.) Any suggestions as to which panel beating places I should suggest. Pics of the damage - bumper is mashed (that's a single piece of steel!), and the panel behind its had a bit of a hiding, pic was also taken just after I opened the boot which now won't close... RUNAMUCK
Stay away from Sheppard and kime, They fucking butchered my mrs car a while ago. Had to take it back there three times. in the end we gave up trying to get them to put it right. Fast forward to now, and their painting looks like it was out of a spray can from bunnings compared to the rest of the car.

JasonK
I cant suggest anyone but you have the right to choose your own repairer, but they will try pretty hard to steer you toward their approved shops
brocky41
Highly recommend Gordon Milne Paint & Panel Ltd - they fixed my 120Y under Swann Insurance and matched a custom colour - they also painted "SKDMRX" - Johns V8 Cedric from memory.
