yetchh
had mine at 18 with a 2.5 inch system, was pretty stupid
avjoe
Yeah im planning a 2.5" all the way through with a waste gate pipe all the way to the back. Should flow awesome. Especially with a bigger turbo. Their internals are stupidly strong
dohcturbo626
how strong is stupidly? What is the compression ratio and capacity?
avjoe
Unsure on compression accurately. But its low. Around 8.1 people run 20-25psi for years on end
avjoe
Its a 1200cc too

Benno
That bike/moped is going to be a complete death trap, fucking love it! What's the engine from? Any photos of the supercharger for it?
avjoe
Yeah its gonna be great haha. Just a kit engine I bought off trade me. Then bought the upgrade kit for it, which is a new piston, crank, cylinder block, and bigger carb. So its around 88cc. Not too phased if I blow it up. It's cheap enough to build another. Super charger is in the mail. The yanks used them to pump fresh air in to their exhausts so they pass smog tests. Apparently they are perfect for 35-110cc engines. Should build about 7-9 pounds. Just need to pressurize the fuel and maybe put a intake pipe to restrict the pressure a little so the fuel is always more pressurized then the air. If that makes sense
HighLUX
Got any links to there "air pumps?

yetchh
good you found the leak, standard these put out 80+kw so yours at 48 is waay down, must feel a lot better.. not sure how you expect to 200kw out of one of these but I'll be watching with interest, 166kw p/l is crazy power
avjoe
200 whp man hahah. Got the car back today and to be honest im really disappointed... not hitting full boost till the end of 3rd and my boost gauge isnt working anymore. Hate ti say it but I honestly think bits slower (N)
SHGWAG
"I need NOS, two of the big ones......... And Harry, I need it by tonight." Â 200whp from 1200cc should be easily achievable, that's circa 157kw. Interesting to see what this thing is like with that sort of power, you'll be able to induce lane changes with your right foot. yetchh
200 whp man hahah. Â Â you never stated this.. Â Â 1kw less then I would have liked. Boost is leaking somewhere according to jon at spec performance. He said he was expecting more like 90kw o.O ....... Ill be making that power 4 fold next time that dyno see the city. Â Â Â 200hp at the bags is still around the 190kw mark at the fly.. Â gonna be interesting haha
avjoe
ah yeah my bad, probably shouldnt be so vauge ha, but yeah 200hp atw with a bigger turbo, exhaust and air to water intercooler intake, with ported t/b and reground cam. should be achievable, thats what a mate of mine was making on less mods.
