efp0wa
evo10 brakes When it was certified, shouldn't the certifier should have pointed out that a brake upgrade would be necessary before certing it? Then that way investigations on what brakes would work/fit would begin. Or has it not been certed yet and that why you are asking? I seem to recall that 314mm Pajero discs fit the front, but I don't know what callipers But then again, it would be a good idea to upgrade the booster to a larger size wouldnt it? KKtrips
Fix your old brakes. Factory ones should be sweet cos they are commercial spec brakes and will be designed to haul up a fully loaded vehicle and possibly a trailer too - if they are that bad that he's commenting on them there will be something wrong with them or he is driving like a clown. If he wants the LOOK/WANK of bigger/better brakes - tell him to get his hand off it - its an L200..
drtdvl
only need bigger brakes really if your getting heat issues. getting decent pads will make a massive differance, most of the cars with shit brakes are really just because of shit pads. R100
Agree with the 3 last post above. The factory brakes should be adequate providing they are in good working order.
Ogre
Yup, standard l200 brakes are pretty damn good, and the standard booster is more than enough.i would suggest looking at better pads also and replace fluid and make sure you bleed then well.pain in the ass getting all the air out of the rear,. Unclejake
Mate, have a look above this post. Every single person who is trying to help you has told you that the car parts you hope to improve are called brakes. We are all trying to help you out man, but you need to know what car parts are called if you want to modify and improve a vehicle. The factory ones should be OK on that L200, but perhaps they need a freshen up.
