Awesome ,that's going to be a pretty cosy fit on the rear!

I settled with a 205 soft compound on the rear of my ek, then either a 205 soft on the front for wet or short runs, and a 225 AR1 for longer events. Works alright.

They should fit ok with a bit of guard lipping pretty sure I'll be ordering AD09s

3mm Spacer Required and we are good, much better than the current 20mm spacer

New exhaust on the way removing the cat back buddy club system and going 3 inch all the way - ironically it will likely be quite even though its bigger due to better mufflers

Car is now silent yet goes better than previously...very happy

 

Now to fit some Kelford 176-TS cams n springs I purchased then a tickle on the dyno and will see if we can get to 200kw on less than 10psi

Got a nice strings and lazers alignment, added front and rear camber arms, plus rear toe arms. Car now drives amazing next up some 90tys graphics. Stock guards 225/45/16 ad09s +35 off set wheels n it's sitting nicely under all the stock guards 😃

I found the rear toe adjustment to be critical on my ek. From 2-3 mm to zero was the difference from something that had way too much lift off oversteer to being able to bomb into corners with way more commitment. Everyone says you need the toe to prevent understeer,  but with the right diff and tyre combo I'm not so sure.

Looking sicko, very tempted to sell up my stash and buy some 16x8.... 7.5's are the widest I currently have and I'm not sure what a 225 would go like on them.

Got a new Job so brought brought a Dash AIC - RD3 I really like the fast load time



Still gets driven about once a month, need to replace the Vtec solenoid as its shat the bed was $500 for a new b18c one and it has an ugly oil pressure switch  - geeze it falls flat on its face at 7k with no cam (must be what a sr20 is like) so can't wait to get it fixed

Made in NZ in CHCH I believe, I was just impressed by there super fast load time - 

 

I don't need Popping Chicken or Big Wangs swinging about so suits me perfectly
