kdotlowe
Cheers guys. Plan is to keep it all period, keeping standard interior etc. Only thing I'm gonna modify seriously is the engine, planning to build a grumpy XFlow. Not entirely sure if I will be selling the shocks just yet, got a mate interested in them. Will know by Sunday. Shocks are brand new, I brought the wrong ones . They retail for 75pounds each so I would sell at around $320 for the pair.

sheepers
fucking excellent use of the work cack. escorts not to bad either i guess................. youll get used to the "pinto" thing on this site, were a bit top heavy on the old escort/pinto thing round here. keep us up to date with your mods, looking good (for a ford) so far... sheepers (who is trying real hard to grow respect for all types of old school love, even if it is english)

Mk1Mad
Clean ride mate. I like you thinking re. keeping it semi original. I will be doing the same with mine. Ermine White, lotus steels, 2 inch slamage. What front shocks did you end up using and did you get them machined or just fit standard height shocks? I figuring options for mine to get it sitting just like yours.
kdotlowe
Ermine white with lotus steels would look mint! I'm currently on a hunt for some as well. For the shocks I used Gaz Adjustable Inserts from the UK. I requested that they were for a 2" lowered car.
